When Robert & Suzy first purchased this home, it was a small 2 bedroom and 1 bath, 1175 sqft house, far too small for their family, but it was located on a beautiful tree lined Lower Hastings Ranch street. They knew they could remodel it and make their home into a sanctuary from the cares of the world. Inspired by a vacation to the Ritz Carlton in Hawaii, they wanted to give their new home the feel of a high end resort with wide open spaces, warm wood tones and subtle colors that blend into a harmonious ambiance of comfort and luxury. They masterfully accomplished their goal, and created a home that opens to the outdoors and flows easily to the back yard. The back yard was transformed into a place for relaxing and enjoying warm evenings dining al fresco with their family, friends and guests. The old garage in the back yard was legalized into a work shop, but could just as easily be used as a man cave or pool house, if one wanted to add a pool to the back yard.
