The bathroom currently has an RV style toilet as it uses less water and does not have the same problem of freezing in the winter like a conventional toilet. Cabin owners have been known to replace them with a conventional toilet. Cabin will come mostly furnished complete with a nice recliner and a LaZboy hide-a-bed. There are no electric lines to get in the way of your view as the lines are buried underground. I think you will fall in love with this one, if you haven't done so already. Cabin is on Forest Service leased land. Forest Service has inspected and cleared this cabin to close. There is a yearly lease fee.
